Do I have to switch brokerages to use Action Agent as a solo agent?
No. Action Agent is software, not a brokerage. We don't hold your license. Stay where you are — your independent shop, your boutique, the team you joined three years ago — and Alma works inside that environment. The decision about where to hang your license should be a career decision, not a tools decision.
How does the cost compare to an AI brokerage that takes a percentage of my commissions?
An AI brokerage typically takes 5–15% of every commission you earn — that's $9k–$27k per year on $180k of GCI. Action Agent is a flat monthly subscription with no percentage take. I have a small dormant database. Will Action Agent help, or is it built for high-volume agents?
It's actually most useful for agents with a dormant database. How long until I'm up and running?
Same day in most cases. Connecting your MLS / IDX feed takes about an hour. Training Alma on your voice (a 15-minute conversation) happens on the first call. Pointing your existing agent number at the platform usually completes inside 24 hours. Most agents have Alma answering live calls before the end of the first week.
Can I export my data if I cancel?
Yes. Full export of contacts, conversations, contracts, listings, and CMAs on cancellation. 30-day window to pull everything, after which we permanently delete it (except records the law requires us to keep, like tax records). The data is yours during the contract and on the way out.
Does Alma handle the warm conversation, or just the cold work?
