the buyer side · what your clients see

A buyer experiencethat doesn't feel like a portal.

When a buyer lands on your site, they don't get a search filter and a contact form. They get Alma — answering questions about the listing, surfacing matches, booking the showing. On the phone, on WhatsApp, on web. Same person.

how the buyer side works
Search the way they talk"Three bedrooms, walk to the beach, under nine hundred." Alma turns it into the right MLS query, no filter sliders required.
A concierge, not a chatbotSpecific questions about a listing — schools, HOA, the road in — answered from the listing data and the agent's notes. Not a canned reply.
Booked while they're still on the pageAlma picks a slot against your calendar, confirms with the listing agent, and texts the buyer the address. Two minutes, no human in the loop.
Warm handoff to youWhen a buyer is ready to write, Alma stops, fills you in on everything she heard, and brings you into the conversation. No restarts.
Buyer experience under your brand

The buyer never sees our name.

Your domain. Your colors. Your photo on the about page. Alma runs in the background — to your buyer, she's just the agency answering the phone.

buyers ask

What buyers and agents ask about the buyer experience.

What does the buyer actually see on my site?
A modern listings site on your domain, branded as your agency. The big difference is the chat / voice surface — instead of a contact form, the buyer can ask Alma a question ("three bedrooms, walk to the beach, under nine hundred"), get matches surfaced from your MLS, and book a showing in the same conversation. The buyer never sees our name; the experience is yours.
Does the buyer know they're talking to an AI?
If they ask directly ("is this a real person?"), Alma identifies herself as the agent's assistant. Most buyers don't ask, because the response time and tone feel human. The agent can also configure a voluntary disclosure at the start of every voice interaction — required in two-party-consent jurisdictions and a nice trust signal in the others.
How fast does Alma respond on chat or voice?
Sub-second on voice (about 600ms round-trip on a typical call). Chat replies start streaming in under a second. The point is that the response feels conversational, not delayed — buyers complete the next sentence themselves before they notice they're talking to an AI.
Will buyer messages on my site stay under my brand or get routed to Action Agent?
Under your brand. Conversations live in your tenant — the buyer sees your domain, your colors, your photo, your phone number. Action Agent's name appears only in the legal footer of your site (Privacy / Terms references). Buyers never get our marketing.
Does the buyer experience handle Spanish-speaking buyers?
Yes — bilingual EN + ES out of the box. If a buyer types or speaks in Spanish, Alma replies in Spanish. Mid-conversation switch is supported. We launched in two markets (Costa Rica + southern California) so the bilingual handling was production-tested from day one.
When does Alma hand the conversation off to me?
When the buyer is close to writing — strong fit on multiple listings, pre-approval established, urgency signals in the conversation. Alma stops her cadence, summarizes everything she heard for you, and tags you in. The warm conversation belongs to the human; that's the work an agent gets paid for.
